NOTE: The Global Ratification and elections Network is a not-for-profit association, composed of a great variety of organizations which support the common objectives as defined in this Resolution form. Although organized by the World Constitution and Parliament Association,
GREN is not controlled by the WCPA nor by any other organization, and is directed by a World Coordinating Council drawn from participating organizations as defined by the GREN charter.
Participating organizations in each country are encouraged to form National GREN Councils for the same objectives.
GREN is financed by voluntary contributions from participating organizations and individuals. GREN councils in each country must be financed by contributions from participants, and cannot depend on the world organization for funds. That is the way a global movement to serve human welfare must grow.
